In the mid- 1990’s, the principal of Benchmark Realty Services, LLC., a real estate attorney, began developing real estate projects. The initial project, the first office building in a proposed office park with several office buildings and a retail center, leased quickly. As the next building was developed, it soon became apparent that the tenants would be better serviced with an in-house management team and BRS was founded. This office park now consists of four office buildings and a retail center with a wide variety of tenants.
Today, BRS is a full-service real estate company which continues to develop, lease and manage office and retail space, primarily in Western Pennsylvania. Our team has experience with salvaging (turning around) troubled properties as well as establishing thriving projects. Our track record is to complete projects within budget and projected timeline, provide space planning and leasing services from concept to move-in and beyond. Our approach is simple. We provide professional, trustworthy property management services ranging from leasing, space planning and buildouts through maintenance and other daily tenant needs. Our staff meets the demands of property management, 24 hours a day.
